Description

Hot smoked cod roe – a delicacy from the sea

The hot smoked cod roe is a real treat for lovers of fish delicacies. This exclusive product combines the savory taste of cod roe with the intense flavors of smoking. The production of hot-smoked cod roe is a traditional craft; the delicate product is gently smoked over beech wood chips. This process gives the roe its characteristic smoky flavor and golden color.

The hot smoked cod roe is characterized by its delicate texture that melts in the mouth. Its aroma is a harmonious mix of the mild fish flavor and the rich, subtle woody notes of smoking. This makes it a popular ingredient in fine dining, be it as an appetizer, in pasta dishes or as a special garnish for canapés.

In addition to its great taste, hot smoked cod roe also has the advantage of being rich in omega-3 fatty acids and proteins, which are essential for a healthy diet. These healthy nutrients make it an attractive option for nutrition-conscious connoisseurs.

Nous avons voulu essayer et nous avons été agréablement surpris. C’est très bon, avec un agréable goût fumé. Nous en commanderons certainement à nouveau.
