Gift set IMPERIAL, 500g

It is generally accepted that the lighter the sturgeon caviar, the higher it is valued.

Lemberg Imperial Caviar is distinguished not only by its unique light color, but also by its balanced taste and delicate creamy texture.Large caviareggs with a diameter of 2.8 to 3.5 millimeters have the thinnest shell. The special nobility of this variety is also evidenced by its characteristic light amber color and restrained aroma. Imperial caviar is the result of crossing Kaluga (lat. Huso dauricus) with Amur sturgeon (lat. Acipenser schrenckii). It is a exclusive product that offers an attractive alternative to the limited supplies of Beluga.Caviar is served as a stand-alone appetiser as well as on crackers, croutons or with pancakes. When planning cocktail parties in European countries, 1 ounce of caviar is charged per guest - that's about 30 grams of the product.

Caviar is served in a glass or porcelain bowl with a spoon made of the same material or mother-of-pearl. Chilled caviar tastes best, so the caviar dish is placed on ice. Whether as a gift or to enjoy together with friends - Imperial caviar suits especially sophisticated caviar lovers. Light-colored caviar is the rarest and most valuable - the quantity of goods is limited!
