Description

Pink salmon caviar is a delicacy with a characteristic mild flavour. Bright orange pink salmon eggs are medium in size, about 5 mm in diameter.

The taste of pink salmon caviar is delicate, with a pleasantly salty note and a hint of marine flavour. Delicate eggs literally melt in your mouth. The roe of wild pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha) comes to our company from Alaska from the waters of the North Pacific. Pink salmon caviar is a popular alternative to more expensive types of caviar, as it also has an exclusive taste, but is more affordable. Serve caviar on a thin slice of toast or pancakes and complement with a glass of champagne or white dry wine. As a light snack for special occasions or as a gift, pink salmon caviar is sure to provide unforgettable moments of pleasure.

Salmon caviar should be served chilled to keep it fresh.
