Baked potatoe topped with sour cream and salmon caviar is not just part of the traditional Russian cuisine, but has concured the cullinary world.

| 200gr thick sour cream 4 large potatoes |
Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven. When done, cut the potatoes in halves and put 50gr of sour cream on top of the halves. Top each half with 50gr salmon caviar. This dish is to be served hot.
