Se trata de un caviar con mayor textura y firmeza que otros de Lemberg. No es el beluga pero ests rico. Lo cierto es que desde que el caviar es de granja, esa firmeza se ha perdido un poco. Pero el precio se ha popularizado. Este, el Kaluga gold tiene buena relación precio calidad, pero mejor cuando hacen ofertas, porque sino tienes el Osietra que tambien hace su papel.
